Sauvignon Blanc
The vine is resistant to cold temperatures, although it adapts well to dry climates. The berries are round, with a yellow - straw colour, smooth skin and a very aromatic juice. The wines are elegant, dry, acidic, with a high alcohol content, fresh and floral herbal aromas and offer many possibilities for blending with other varieties.
