Sparkling Wine Gotas de Plata Brut Nature

The Gotas de Plata Brut Nature is a sparkling wine ideal to go with a whole meal given that its complexity improves the most versatile dishes: risotto, seafood, stews, smoked meats and strong spices. It is aged over 9 months and demonstrates our ability to produce the perfect sparkling wine made from the indigenous Castilla la Mancha variety, the Airen, producing a blend with Macabeo varieties from our own vineyards. Pale yellow in colour with gold highlights, clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubbles which form a crown, which indicates good fermentation in the bottle. You will notice soft toasty notes intermixed with spring fruit. Very complex with elegant notes and an aromatic amplitude that improves with time in the glass. It is broad, balanced and complex on the palate.

The Brut de Gotas de Plata is aged more than 9 months and demonstrates the expertise of our winery. Our Gotas de Plata sparkling wine, demonstrates our ability to produce the perfect sparkling wine made from the indigenous Castilla la Mancha variety, the Airen, producing a blend with Macabeo grapes from our own vineyards. Perfect for appetisers with seafood starters, paella, fideuá noodles, etc. This wine has a pale yellow colour and fine and persistent bubbles. Light flavours with an elegant and broad retronasal finish. Aromas filled with aromatic tones.

The Semidry Gotas de Plata is made with Airen and Macabeo varieties and is aged in stacks for more than 9 months, using the best raw material to produce this semidry wine with an undeniable quality. A clean and bright sparkling wine with a pale yellow colour with fine and persistent bubbles. It has aromas of fresh pastries with a final touch of apple, making it ideal for desserts and pastries. This sparkling Toledo wine has an excellent balance between alcohol content and acidity, and its medium-high structure leaves a very pleasant feeling in your mouth.

Gotas de Plata Rosé is our quality sparkling rosé made according to the traditional method and with a careful selection of base wines which give it the fruitiness and elegance typical of our region. Aged over 9 months, this sparkling wine is made under strict quality criteria and careful detail. It is ideal for meats, salted fish and Japanese cuisine. This wine has a pink salmon colour, clean and bright. Delicate and intense aromas, with hints of raspberry and fresh strawberries, enveloped in bakery and flowery memories. Creamy on the palate, the wine produces intense effervescence bubbles. Medium retronasal finish, bringing to us memories of red fruit. .
